Hacking Attempts Detected on Wasabi Bitcoin Wallet
On July 9, Wasabi Wallet faced a series of coordinated attacks aimed at stealing user funds. The wallet identified a vulnerability exploited by the attacker, WasabiCoordinator, leading to higher coordination fees and compromised security. Despite the sophistication of the attack, the impact was limited, and a new version was released to prevent such incidents in the future.
